Every night the platform records what each workspace actually used, in that workspace's own timezone, and only then applies the rate card. The order is not an implementation detail: pricing a day whose usage was never captured charges nothing for it, and that looks exactly like a day nobody worked.

No tiers to squeeze into. What you pay follows what kind of organisation you are, how much of our catalogue you take, which modules you switch on, and how much you use them — and the estimator on the pricing page adds it up in front of you.

The way out is part of the product.
Data you cannot get back out is data somebody else controls. So the exit runs on a clock you can see, and the export arrives before the deletion rather than on request after it.

Stop paying
The workspace closes. Nothing is deleted, and the address is never handed to anybody else.

The clock starts
Data is held for 90 days, and the clock only runs while you have no access to it — a view-only subscription stops it entirely.

We warn you
The first notice goes out 60 days before the purge date, with a reminder after it.

The export is delivered
7 days before deletion the full export is generated and sent — not offered, sent.

Do our offices share one login?
No. Each workspace answers on its own hostname and its session cookie is scoped to that host alone, so a cookie written in one office cannot travel to another. Somebody who works in two of them signs in to each.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. The admicate.com subdomain is live immediately and keeps working whatever you add later. A custom domain is pointed at us with a CNAME and proved with a TXT record; once both resolve, the certificate is issued automatically.
Is there a late fee if we pay late?
There is no late fee, no interest and no charge for delay anywhere in the system — an overdue invoice is the same number as a new one. If paying is genuinely difficult, ask: the answer is more time or forgiveness, never a rescheduling with a price on it.
Can we get our data out?
At any time, as a full export of the workspace. It is also delivered automatically 7 days before any deletion, so leaving never depends on remembering to ask.
