A module is something you choose. These are not — they are how the platform behaves whatever you have chosen, and they are the reason the catalogue above can be as plain as it is.
Three ways to hold your data
Isolated, blended or hive: whether you start from our catalogue, your own records, or a shared pool that every workspace improves. It is priced as a choice because it is one.
Your own address, or your own domain
Every workspace opens on a subdomain the moment it is created, and can move to a domain you own with the certificate issued for you.
Written in your language, priced in your currency
The interface, the catalogue and the emails are translated per workspace, and a visitor is offered the country, language and currency their location suggests rather than ours.
Registration that is actually checked
What a workspace is asked at the door is configurable per organisation type — identifiers that no two workspaces may share, and documents a person reads and approves before the workspace is marked verified.
An export you can take at any time
Every record and every file, as JSON Lines with a checksum, free, in every account state, with no limit on how often. There is no state of this platform in which your data stops being yours.
A deletion clock you can see
Switch a module off and its data is held, unreadable, with the date it would be deleted printed on the screen — and a button beside it that stops the clock without switching the module back on.
Backup and restore, encrypted, in one file
A whole workspace in a single archive you hold, restorable back into the platform, with the passphrase never leaving your hands.
Installed like an app, on the phone and the desktop
The workspace opens from the home screen with its own name and its own colour on the icon, and a suspension reaches an installed phone rather than waiting for somebody to open a browser.
Capture that works with no signal
A fair in a basement, a school visit with no bars: leads and attendances are queued on the device and land in the workspace, once each, when the signal comes back.
Notifications that reach a closed tab
An application moving, a payment landing, a document rejected — delivered by the browser to the device, rather than waiting to be discovered on a dashboard nobody has open.
Your marks in the tab, not ours
Upload your logo and your favicon and they are what your staff and your applicants see — in the panel, on the sign-in screen, on your website and in the browser tab. Upload neither and nothing looks unfinished.
Sign in with the identity provider you already run
SAML per workspace, validated strictly, with accounts created on first sign-in only under conditions you set — so staff arrive and leave through the directory your organisation already trusts.
Sound money, reviewed
Gateways, currencies and the zakat basis carried by the platform are documented and reviewed rather than assumed — the finance the product runs on is written down where you can read it.
3 data tiers, 90 days of notice before anything switched off is deleted, and an export available in every account state — including the one where you have stopped paying. How that is guaranteed.
