Pricing

Nobody else's plan.
Yours, priced in the open.

There are no tiers to squeeze into. A subscription is four choices — what kind of organisation you are, how much of our catalogue you want, which modules you switch on, and how much you use them — and you can make all four right here and watch the number move.

Catalogue Workspace Isolated Blended Hive

The data tiers

How much of our catalogue comes with you — the second of the four. Point at a tier to hold it.

01 — How much of our data you want

Start empty, or start with the catalogue.

Most of a first month is spent typing in institutions, programs and intakes that somebody already knows. How much of that you take from us — and how much stays yours alone — is a priced choice rather than a fixed feature of the product.

Isolated

100%

Your data, and only your data

Nothing shared reaches the workspace and nothing in it reaches anybody else. You bring your own institutions, programs and contacts, and the platform holds them for you alone.

  • Your records, scoped to your workspace
  • No shared catalogue in or out
  • Import your own data at any time

Blended

115%

Ours to start from, yours to correct

Start on the shared catalogue instead of an empty database. Change any row and the workspace takes its own copy of it — your correction is yours, and nobody else's list moves.

  • The shared catalogue, ready on day one
  • Per-workspace overrides on any row
  • Your corrections stay yours

Hive

140%

The whole catalogue, kept current

The full pre-built dataset, maintained centrally and arriving already populated. For an operation whose first month would otherwise be spent typing in what somebody else already knows.

  • Everything in Blended
  • The full pre-built dataset
  • Central updates as the catalogue grows

The percentage is of the rate card below — Isolated is the baseline because it is the least we hand over, not because it is the cut-down option.

02 — Your quote

Priced for what you are.

The first of the four choices is which kind of organisation you run, and it changes everything after it — the modules that make sense, the volumes you are asked about, and what the same catalogue costs you. So the estimator lives on each kind's own page, with that answer already given. Open yours and build the quote there.

Not sure which you are? Each page opens with four sentences that are either yours or they are not — and names the one it is most often confused with. Compare all four.

05 — What is never charged

No fee grows while you are not looking.

No late fee

An overdue invoice is the same number as a new one. Nothing in the system prices delay.

No setup fee

The workspace, the address and the trial cost nothing, and there is nothing to cancel.

No reactivation fee

Come back inside the retention window and everything is restored in full.

No conversion spread

Billed from a book kept in the currency it is quoted in. A figure converted so you can read it says so; nothing is converted inside a bill.

These are constraints in the code with tests behind them, not policy. Why they are built that way.

06 — Questions

Before you do the sums.

Can we change tier later?

Yes, in either direction. Moving up hands over the catalogue; moving down leaves your own records untouched — nothing you entered belongs to a tier. The price changes from the date you move, never backwards.

Is this per user?

No. There is no per-seat ladder — invite the whole office. What is counted is the work: records, storage, messages, each with an allowance included before anything is charged.

What happens the month we exceed an allowance?

The extra is charged at the published slab rate, and the slabs are marginal — a quantity climbs the ladder rather than being repriced at the rate its total lands in. Any invoice line opens back into the days and meters behind it.

Can a bad month surprise us?

It is visible before the invoice: the running month is on your own billing screen from the first day. A hard ceiling can also be set per module, which refuses the write instead of charging for it.

Do prices change under us?

A price book is dated and a published one is never edited in place. Days already rated keep the hash of the plan they were rated under, so a change applies from its own date forward and cannot reach backwards into a bill you have seen.
