The questions we get asked on the call.
Everything we have is in spreadsheets. Is that a problem?
No — it is the ordinary starting point. The import wizard maps your columns, runs a dry pass that tells you what it would do before it does anything, catches duplicates inside the file and against records already here, and hands back a rejection file for the rows it could not take.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It comes with you. Every record and every file, as JSON Lines with a checksum, free, in every account state and with no limit on how often — there is no state of this platform in which your data stops being yours.
Do we have to buy the whole system?
No. You switch on the modules you work in and are priced on those. A module you switch off keeps its data readable for a fraction of the price rather than losing it, and the estimator above prices exactly the shape you pick.
Who else can see our records?
Nobody. Each workspace is scoped to itself, on its own address, and it can keep its files in its own storage and admit its own staff through its own identity provider. What is shared is the catalogue you choose to share — never your applicants.
Can it look like us rather than like you?
Yes. Your logo, your favicon and your brand colour across the panel and the sign-in screen, your own domain instead of the subdomain, and a public website built from the records already in the workspace.
How long until we are actually running?
The workspace exists at your address in about two minutes, with every module on. What takes longer is your own catalogue — programs, requirements and agents — which is why the trial is 14 days rather than a weekend.
